You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper , the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your refund request.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of The Ice Dress Company and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that refund numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted at our discretion.
Returns may not be accepted on any custom goods.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note we will not be liable for any customs charges you made be charged on international delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please note most of our dresses are made to order and have about a 3 week delay before delivery, this is so we can offer you the best products on the market. All order information can be followed and tracked through th 'My Account' section on your page, and will be updated at every section of your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates do differ from services to destinations.
We offer Next Day Delievry at a charge of £7.50, Royal Mail First Class Delivery at £4.50 & Worldwide Delivery is POA.
